Dear PLS Members,

The 2022-2023 Annual PLS Leadership Challenge is officially LIVE!

The PLS National Executive Committee (NEC) acknowledges that recent years have brought many social justice movements to light, highlighting gross inequities relating to issues such as racism, colonialism, and imperialism in our communities across North America and the greater world. We understand that a single event is not sufficient to ‘fix’ issues relating to equity, diversity, or inclusion within an institution or community. We also appreciate that a student team working in tandem with senior school leadership is more likely to be successful in their efforts to impact equity, diversity, and inclusion in their school or community.

Therefore, the NEC has chosen diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as this year’s theme for the PLS Leadership Challenge. For a more detailed explanation of this year’s initiative as well as details on how to apply, visit our website at philambdasigma.org/annual-leadership-challenge.
