Recognize Leaders in the Profession

Characterize Society Membership, Support Diversity, and Promote Inclusion
1A.1 Benchmark membership demographics against representative data for pharmacy schools
1A.2. Develop chapter guidance to support diversity, equity, and inclusion in the chapter nomination and selection process
1A.3. Develop member selection criteria for universal use amongst all collegiate chapters
1A.4. Optimize and leverage chapter reporting, assessment and communication
 
Objective 1B: 
Enhance Operational Effectiveness
1B.1 Provide operational guidance to collegiate chapters

1B.3 Continually assess the internal operational needs of the Society
1B.4 Redesign award recognition program in order to increase interest and presence within the profession
