Phi Lambda Sigma is the international pharmacy leadership society. Our mission is to support pharmacy leadership commitment by recognizing leaders and fostering leadership development.

You are invited to participate in an IRB-approved research study (STUDY006153) to evaluate impact of leadership strengths on the prevalence of imposter phenomenon (IP). This study is being led by leadership within the Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society (PLS) organization.

You are being asked to take part in this study because you are a member of Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society (PLS) and have identified your 5 Voices through GiANT Worldwide. You will be asked questions about your voice order from the 5 Voices presented by GiANT Worldwide. Additionally, you will be asked questions related to your experience with imposter phenomenon, your perceptions of how intelligence may or may not change over time, your experience with PLS training programs, and demographic information.

If you do not remember your voice order, or believe it has changed, please click here to take the free 5 Voices assessment.

This survey is estimated to take approximately 10 minutes of time. Should you like to voluntarily participate in this study and support our exploratory survey regarding leadership strengths and imposter syndrome, please click here for this survey. The first page of the survey includes an electronic informed consent. We appreciate your consideration!
