USMP Comment Period Now Open

The PLS Board of Directors has proposed an updated Universal Member Selection Process (UMSP), which all chapters will be required to use for membership selection. These updates reflect feedback gathered from members and chapters throughout the year.

The revised process is now open for membership comment through November 15, 2026. The document and feedback form were sent directly to all members via email on September 15, 2026. If you’re a PLS member and haven’t received it, or can’t locate it, please Contact our Team and we’ll get it to you.

Following the comment period, the Board will review all feedback and post the final version of the process to go effect on January 1, 2027.
