The Board of Directors consists of current student pharmacists and recent graduates who are members of Phi Lambda Sigma. The offices of President-Elect, Collegiate Member-At-Large (2), New Practitioner Member-at-Large and Speaker of the House are elected annually at the House of Delegates. Professional Member-at-Large serves 2-year terms (elected in even years). The Chapter Advisor Member-at-Large serves a 2-year term (elected in odd years, first time in 2027). Once elected as the President-Elect, the member serves a 3-year term as President-Elect, President, and then Immediate Past President. The application process begins late December, extends until the end of January, with elections occurring in April.
