Who can apply?
- Mentees: Pharmacy students (P3-P4 preferred) looking for career guidance, CV reviews, and leadership development.
- Mentors: Pharmacists with at least one year of experience, including PGY2 residents, eager to give back and shape the next generation of leaders.

Program Expectations
- Mentees are responsible for scheduling meetings
- Minimum of one meeting per month (virtual or in-person)
- Both mentors and mentees will complete an end-of-program survey
