Graduation Medallion

Graduation is a special time for our members as they move from academics to professional life. Make sure your graduates are distinguished with the official PLS graduation medallion!

These medallions can have up to 3 lines of text engraved onto the back of them, which can be as long or as short as you’d like for them to be. You can choose to put less than 3 lines of text too if you’d like. You can put whatever you’d like on your medallion, but please NOTE: The longer your lines of text are, the smaller the text will be.

Before submitting your order, you MUST download and complete the order form below. After completion, you MUST click the green button to attach your completed order form.
