Chapter Alumni of the Year Award Certificate (Mailed)

This certificate should be purchased when you are awarding a Phi Lambda Sigma alumni member with the Chapter Alumni of the Year award.  This product option is for a certificate to be mailed to the recipient.  If you would prefer a digital copy, please select that option in the store instead.  Please clearly indicate where to send the certificate and whom to address the envelope.
