PURPOSE OF AWARD

To recognize an outstanding PLS chapter based on their contributions to the Society and pharmacy leadership.

NUMBER OF AWARDS & RECOGNITION

One (1) chapter from each division is chosen, for a total of 3 awards annually. The chapter chosen for this award will be recognized and listed in the annual awards booklet at the PLS Awards Ceremony.

ELIGIBILITY

The PLS chapter must be in good standing and is chosen by the Awards Committee based on the contents of the Annual Chapter Report.

APPLICATION & SUBMISSION PROCEDURES

Each year, a PLS Chapter of the Year is chosen based on submissions of the Annual Chapter Report. Each chapter is required to submit a Chapter Report annually and is not eligible for consideration for this award if they have not submitted their report by the deadline. Please note no further materials are required for application beyond the Chapter Report.

Deadline for submission of the Chapter Report for Award consideration is August 31st at 11:59pm PST annually.
