Phi Lambda Sigma Elections
Interested about taking a more active role in PLS Leadership? Stay tuned for updates on our upcoming PLS elections. Applications will be available here once the process opens! See the links below for more information about various positions within PLS.
Board of Directors 24-25
The Board of Directors consists of current pharmacy students and recent graduates who are/were members of Phi Lambda Sigma. The offices of President-Elect, Board Member-At-Large (2), and Speaker of the House are elected annually at the House of Delegates. The Board Member-At-Large (2) and the Speaker of the House serve one year terms. Once elected as the President-Elect, the member serves a 3-year term as President-Elect, President, and then Immediate Past President.
This form is used to express interest in running for a Board of Directors (BoD) position within Phi Lambda Sigma, the Pharmacy Leadership Society. BoD Members and Committee Leaders are expected to actively participate in monthly BoD meetings (as well as leading monthly Committee meetings, according to position) and remain in close email communication with PLS staff and the rest of the BoD (i.e., emails checked daily). In addition, it is important to note that BoD Members and Committee Leaders are not eligible to receive Awards that are funded and chosen by PLS Awards Committee, due to an unavoidable conflict of interest.
There will be an Application Q&A Session December 16th at 6:30PM ET. Click HERE for the link to the session.
