GiANT Facilitator Sessions
Phi Lambda Sigma is happy to offer a number of GiANT training sessions throughout the upcoming year. These sessions are a wonderful opportunity for chapters to challenge their members to grow in their leadership. Participation in a Phi Lambda Sigma GiANT sessions may be utilized to assist Phi Lambda Sigma Chapters to:
- Develop emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Develop team and situational awareness
- Develop better communication amongst the team.
Our GiANT coordinators are incredibly talented leadership coaches that aim to transform your leadership. These workshops will be available a few times throughout the years and will be open for any Phi Lambda Sigma chapters to attend. Activities and workshops that are available for chapters include:

5 Gears
Length: 1.5 hrs
Focus: Understanding your personality and how you and your teammates are “wired”
Goal: Leads to more effective communication
Length: 1 hr
Focus: Working to improve time management
Goal: Helps to build resiliency among teams and individuals
