Spring Mentor / Mentee Program

Are you looking to grow professionally and expand your network in the pharmacy field? This 12-week mentor/mentee program is the perfect opportunity for pharmacy students and professionals to build meaningful, one-on-one mentoring relationships!

Who can apply?

• Mentees: Pharmacy students (P3-P4 preferred) looking for career guidance, CV reviews, and leadership development.
• Mentors: Pharmacists with at least one year of experience, including PGY2 residents, eager to give back and shape the next generation of leaders.

Program Expectations

• Mentees are responsible for scheduling meetings
• Minimum of one meeting per month (virtual or in-person)
• Both mentors and mentees will complete an end-of-program survey
