This study is being led by leadership within the Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society (PLS) organization.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You are being asked to take part in this study because you are a member of Phi Lambda Sigma Pharmacy Leadership Society (PLS) and have identified your 5 Voices through GiANT Worldwide. You will be asked questions about your voice order from the 5 Voices presented by GiANT Worldwide. Additionally, you will be asked questions related to your experience with imposter phenomenon, your perceptions of how intelligence may or may not change over time, your experience with PLS training programs, and demographic information.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you do not remember your voice order, or believe it has changed, please <a href=\"https:\/\/hq.giantos.com\/store\/5-voices\">click here<\/a> to take the free 5 Voices assessment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This survey is estimated to take approximately 10 minutes of time.
