I used to be consumed by fear, the fear of not measuring up. This resulted in me concealing my untapped potential.<\/p>\n

Over time, I’ve had the privilege of encountering remarkable mentors, educators, colleagues, and healthcare experts who guided me in unlocking my hidden capabilities. I’d like to share these four insights to assist you in unleashing your own potential!<\/p>\n

Use your hidden talents to your advantage. <\/h3>\n

Personally, I have a passion for writing poetry, even though I used to believe it had no place in the field of pharmacy. Contrary to my assumptions, my advisor encouraged me to share a poem with the pharmacy faculty here at North Dakota State University. This unexpected opportunity eventually led me to become the university’s commencement speaker.<\/p>\n

BE YOU! <\/h3>\n

Remember, you are one-of-a-kind, there’s no one quite like you! Embrace topics that ignite your spirit, that fill you with enthusiasm; doing so will naturally attract like-minded individuals to your journey.<\/p>\n

Passion is the new FASHION! <\/h3>\n

I am an incredibly passionate person. Every time I commit to something, I ensure that it resonates with my heart’s desires. The choices we make hold weight, so it’s essential to genuinely care about our pursuits. Your energy will also be evident to employers, and those around you, making it important to engage in activities that you are truly passionate about, ultimately leading to your happiness!  <\/p>\n

Be genuine and hardworking.<\/h3>\n

Someone is looking up to you, whether you see or know it! You are someone’s role model. Your dedication can inspire others to pursue their goals. Positive influence can create a supportive environment that benefits everyone. You never know who you\u2019re going to inspire! <\/p>\n

Boldly embracing your authentic self paves the way for new opportunities!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Authenticity is recognized by employers and leaders. They seek out individuals who are determined, ambitious, and represent diverse perspectives. Remember, positive change begins with you, and your voice holds significance!<\/p>\n

Lastly, enjoy the journey you\u2019re on. No one else has been dealt the same cards as you, and it is up to you to make the most out of it! <\/p>
