We understand that a single event is not sufficient to \u2018fix\u2019 issues relating to equity, diversity, or inclusion within an institution or community. We also appreciate that a student team working in tandem with senior school leadership is more likely to be successful in their efforts to impact equity, diversity, and inclusion in their school or community.<\/p><p>Therefore, the NEC has chosen diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as this year&#8217;s theme for the PLS Leadership Challenge.
