The chapter chosen for this award will be recognized and listed in the annual awards booklet at the PLS Awards Ceremony.<\/p><p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p><p>The PLS chapter must be in good standing and is chosen by the Awards Committee based on the contents of the Annual Chapter Report.<\/p><p><strong>Application &amp; Submission Procedures<\/strong><\/p><p>Each year, a PLS Chapter of the Year is chosen based on submissions of the Annual Chapter Report. Each chapter is <strong>required<\/strong> to submit a Chapter Report annually and is not eligible for consideration for this award if they have not submitted their report by the deadline. Please note no further materials are required for application beyond the Chapter Report.<\/p><p><strong>For more information on the Annual Chapter Report, please click <a href=\"https:\/\/philambdasigma.org\/chapter-reporting-forms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/strong> Chapters are highly encouraged to read this page thoroughly and include beyond the minimum report requirements to be competitive for this award.<\/p><p>The deadline for submission of the Chapter Report for Award consideration is August 31st at 11:59pm PST annually.<\/p><p>Questions?
