Purpose of Award<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Mary L. Euler Lifetime Leadership Award, supported by a generous gift\u00a0from Procter & Gamble,\u00a0is given annually to an individual who has exemplified leadership qualities in support of the pharmacy profession.\u00a0The recipient will be recognized for their role in\u00a0mentoring, coaching, or guiding future or current leaders to positively\u00a0impact the advancement of the pharmacy profession.<\/p>

Number of Awards<\/b><\/p>

One (1) recipient annually will receive an engraved plaque, which is presented during the PLS Awards Ceremony, and a $1,000 donation made in the award recipient’s name to a charity of their choosing. The award recipient will be given the opportunity to make a brief address during the awards event.<\/p>

Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>

Nominations are sought annually for the\u00a0Mary L. Euler Lifetime Leadership Award.\u00a0Nominators are encouraged to\u00a0address the applicant\u2019s impact on the profession through mentoring,\u00a0coaching, and supporting leaders and through advocacy work,\u00a0committee work, or other areas.\u00a0The individual need not be a pharmacist or a current member of Phi Lambda Sigma. Honorary membership will be bestowed upon non-member recipients. The nominator is responsible for completing this form and the PLS Awards Committee will contact the nominee to complete the rest of the packet (which will include Letters of Recommendation and the nominee’s CV).\u00a0<\/p>
